For Cindi, yoga and mindfulness provide a source of strength and calm in her daily life. Cindi is married and a mother of three (almost all teenage) daughters, she recently received her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. Cindi feels confident about the opportunity for increased well-being through yoga, so much so, that she became a RYT200 yoga instructor to share the benefits with others. Mindfulness & curiosity empower her and those she teaches to be grounded in the present moment.
